I. Creating Account Listings

  • Accurate Descriptions Only
Each offer must clearly describe the account (rank, items, features, restrictions, etc.). Exaggerations or irrelevant text are not allowed.

  • One Offer, One Listing
Duplicate postings are not permitted. If you want to sell multiple similar accounts, you may add them under one listing using the “additional account” option.

  • No Misleading Titles
Titles like “Lifetime Warranty” or “Full Access” are not allowed unless they are 100% true. Any misleading wording can lead to suspension.

  • Disclose Restrictions
If the account has limits (e.g., region-locked, cannot change email, in-game purchases limited), these must be mentioned clearly in your description.

  • Fair Visibility
Attempts to manipulate search results or visibility (keyword stuffing, fake edits, etc.) are not allowed.

II. Account Sale Requirements

  • Full Ownership Transfer
Only full access accounts may be sold. Shared, borrowed, or rented accounts are strictly prohibited.

  • SafeTrade Protection
All accounts are covered by SafeTrade. If delivery is incomplete, invalid, or fraudulent, the buyer is eligible for a refund through the SafeTrade dispute process.

  • No Hacked Accounts
Accounts must not be hacked, botted, stolen, or obtained illegally.
➝ If a seller is found selling hacked accounts, their funds may be held, listings removed, and their account permanently banned from Pamulak.

  • Seller Liability
If an account is later recovered, reclaimed, or proven unsafe, Pamulak may hold the seller responsible and apply penalties (including fund holds or permanent ban).

  • Recovery = Permanent Ban
Any seller caught reclaiming an account they’ve sold will be permanently banned.

  • Ongoing Responsibility
Even if an account is resold, the original seller remains accountable for problems that arise.

  • No Post-Sale Access
After delivery, sellers must not log in, attempt recovery, or use the account credentials again.

  • Instant Delivery Accuracy
For instant offers, all login details must be correct and complete at the time of listing.

  • Email Domains
Use trusted providers (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Protonmail). If using a less common domain, you must supply a secure login page and ensure it supports English.

III. Game-Specific Standards

  • Fortnite: Sellers must state supported platforms (PC, Xbox, PlayStation, etc.) and clarify any risks (e.g., do not contact Epic Games). If email changes are restricted, provide full access to the current linked email.

  • Valorant: Accounts must be placed in the correct rank category with the current season’s rank. Accounts boosted with cheats or software are not allowed.

  • GTA V: Sellers must state the platform (Rockstar, Epic, PS5, etc.) and the edition (Standard, Expanded & Enhanced). FiveM accounts can be sold but must specify GTA V is required.

  • OSRS / RS3: Sellers must provide recovery info (old passwords, original email, recovery questions, membership details). Any bans, offenses, or botting history must be disclosed.

  • Call of Duty: Specify the version and supported platforms. Remove unnecessary linked logins and provide full access to the ones that remain.

  • League of Legends: Accounts must be in the correct rank category for the current season. All offenses must be disclosed. Accounts with offensive usernames cannot be sold.

IV. Disputes & Enforcement

  • If a dispute is decided in favor of the buyer, the sale is canceled and a refund issued via SafeTrade.

  • Sellers may attempt to recover the account for security purposes after a dispute, but it cannot be resold.

  • Violations of these rules may result in fund holds, listing removal, or permanent suspension from Pamulak.
