All purchases are covered by SafeTrade, our buyer protection system. If an order is not delivered, arrives incorrectly, or an account becomes inaccessible during the protection period, you are eligible for a refund.
Q: What if the seller doesn’t deliver on time?
If the seller misses the guaranteed delivery window, you can open a dispute. If the seller cannot provide proof of delivery, your order will be refunded.
Q: Can I get scammed?
No—payments are held in escrow until the order is marked as delivered. If there’s a problem, Pamulak dispute team steps in to make sure funds only go to the rightful party.
Seller Protection
Q: How are sellers protected from false claims?
Sellers are encouraged to upload proof of delivery (screenshots, in-game trades, etc.). If a buyer falsely claims non-delivery, this evidence ensures the seller still gets paid.
Q: What happens if a buyer abuses disputes?
Our dispute team reviews both sides carefully. Buyers who repeatedly file false disputes may face restrictions or account suspension.
Q: When do sellers get paid?
Once the buyer confirms delivery or the SafeTrade period ends without disputes, sellers can withdraw their funds instantly.

Most disputes are reviewed within 15–30 minutes. The majority are resolved in under 3 days, depending on the complexity.
Q: What proof do I need in a dispute?
Buyers: Screenshots of wrong login info, missing items, or banned accounts.
Sellers: Delivery screenshots, in-game trade proof, or any relevant evidence.
Q: Who decides the outcome of a dispute?
Pamulak dispute team reviews the case and makes a fair decision based on the provided evidence and rules.
🚫 Rules & Safety
Q: Can I pay or sell outside Pamulak?
No. All payments and communication must stay on Pamulak. External transactions are unsafe and will result in account suspension.
Q: Are hacked or stolen accounts allowed?
Absolutely not. Any seller found offering stolen, botted, or illegally obtained accounts will be permanently banned.
Q: How does Pamulak verify sellers?
All sellers must pass verification (KYC) and follow our Seller Rules. Repeat violators are banned permanently.
