Seller Rules

These rules are designed to keep Pamulak safe, fair, and reliable for everyone.

Order Delivery

  • Timely Fulfillment: Sellers must deliver orders within the promised timeframe. Repeated late or missed deliveries may lead to listings being removed.

  • Delays or Partial Delivery: If you cannot complete the order on time or only partially fulfill it, you must first obtain the buyer’s approval. Delivering late or incomplete without agreement may result in a full refund if a dispute is filed.

  • Marking as Delivered: Only mark an order as “Delivered” once it is fully completed. Prematurely marking it gives the buyer the right to a full refund in case of a dispute.

  • Seller Availability: If you are away, asleep, or unable to process orders, you must set your status to offline. Staying online while unavailable may lead to disputes, refunds, and penalties.


Dispute Resolution

  • Quick Response: Sellers must respond promptly when a dispute is opened.

  • Accounts Orders: Reply within 12 hours with proof or a resolution.

  • Coins/Items Orders: Upload delivery proof within 2 hours. If not provided, the buyer becomes eligible for a refund.

  • Pending Deliveries: Always upload proof immediately after sending items or currency to avoid issues.


Marketplace Standards

  • Held Funds: If fraud is detected, Pamulak may hold funds for up to 30 days to cover buyer refunds. Remaining balances can be withdrawn afterward.

  • No Randomized Listings: Raffles, lotteries, or chance-based offers (e.g., “50% chance to win a rare skin”) are strictly prohibited.

  • Unique Listings: Copying another seller’s product description word-for-word is not allowed. Each listing must be original, except for standardized offers (e.g., smurf accounts).

  • Fair Pricing: Listings with fake or unrealistic prices are prohibited.

  • Correct Categories: Offers must be listed in the correct category and game. Exception: boosting services that result in items may be listed under “Items.”


SafeTrade – Pamulak Marketplace

  • All transactions must go through SafeTrade by Pamulak Marketplace.

  • SafeTrade ensures protection for both buyers and sellers.

  • Secure delivery and verified transactions are required.

  • Automatic dispute handling and refund eligibility apply when rules are not followed.
